Engage with Clients business users to communicate capability and build a backlog of opportunities. Identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting tasks/assignments. Design system specifications and interfaces for interacting components (ERP, MES & PLM) Design and develop applications to functional and technical standards. Provide support toward deployment of application releases into production. Create operational documentation. Meet service commitments for assigned deliverables and proactively provide work status. Build close working relationships with other IT teams (Peers). Build close working relationship with Service Providers and Bell customers as appropriate Proactively resolve production problems quickly and effectively.
