This role is replacing a departing employee and presents a critical opportunity to modernize and optimize the Salesforce environment. The previous role was held by someone with limited experience, and we are seeking a candidate who can take the Salesforce ecosystem to the next level by improving backend performance and transitioning from a monolithic architecture to a modern, scalable CRM system. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless integrations with Leaders Group's expanding AI initiatives and broader business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across business functions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other Salesforce customizations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, diagnose issues, and propose technical solutions. Implement automation workflows, custom apps, and system enhancements to improve user efficiency and system performance. Overhaul and modernize Salesforce tools, ensuring they align with future AI and automation initiatives. Integrate Salesforce CRM with external platforms to ensure smooth data flow and accuracy. Monitor data quality, resolve system bugs, and maintain high-performance standards. Required Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, specializing in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data management principles, and CRM functionalities. Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems and APIs. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I or II). Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
