Infrastructure systems as defined by the People Leader include but are not limited to: Windows Server, VMWare, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Network, Database, Storage, Cloud, Email and Mobile technologies This is achieved by developing and seeing to the implementation of the methods to be utilized for monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all Infrastructure systems. Responsible for applying proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments. Knowledge Required: Knowledge ordinarily obtained through a Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, Engineering or related field plus a minimum of 6 to 8 years work; or 10 to 12 years of progressive information system experience with 8 - 10 years in an Infrastructure or System engineer or equivalent role. Ideal Candidate Profile An ideal candidate for this Infrastructure Engineer position, focusing on Microsoft 365 and endpoint management, would possess expert-level experience and knowledge within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly with InTune and endpoint management, Exchange Online, and mail delivery. They should demonstrate proficiency in Power scripting, showcasing the ability to automate and streamline processes effectively. Additionally, the candidate must have extensive experience with Active Directory and Azure AD, ensuring seamless integration and management of user identities and access. Proficiency in Windows Server administration is essential, along with the capability to manage Mac systems and iOS mobile devices. This combination of skills and expertise will enable the candidate to efficiently manage and optimize the organizations infrastructure, ensuring robust and secure operations.
