Job Title: AEM Developer Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Experience: 12+ Years They Are Looking For Immediate Joiners Required Skills and Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in software development with at least 5+ years focused on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development. Strong expertise in AEM, including AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM Forms. Proficiency in Java, Sling, OSGi, and JavaScript for AEM customizations and implementations. Hands-on experience in AEM template development, component development, and integration with back-end systems. Experience with AEM workflows, DAM (Digital Asset Management), and content versioning. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React) for AEM-based UI development. Experience integrating AEM with other tools and technologies such as RESTful APIs, marketing automation, and CRM systems. Strong understanding of cloud-based deployments, including AWS, Azure, or P in relation to AEM. Experience with AEM performance imization, caching, and content delivery best practices. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, Jenkins, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex AEM-related issues. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and Preferred Qualifications: Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). Familiarity with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions. Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
