Client: Santander Bank Job Title: BA TriNet USA Inc Location:Remote Arizona Duration- 6 months+ Visa- No H1B Pay: $28/hr on C2C Produce interactive tutorials hands-on learning via Adobe Captivate that accompany existing video courses within the Customer Experience product and tech stack new hire training programs as well as customer facing courses. Total 83 interactive tutorials. List of courses can be found here. Benefits: Will provide an additional learning style that hasnt been offered before. Our current trainings only account for 2 (visual and auditory) out of the 4 different learning styles. The interactive tutorials will allow us to provide all 4 learning styles. It enables our colleagues/customers to also learn by reading and doing (kinesthetic). Audio & Observation training only maintains a 65% retention rate after 3 days. This is increased to a 95% retention rate if the learner can Do I.e., put into practice what theyve just learned. For customers, this will allow the learner to practice completing actions in Zenefits without having to use their real accounts and compromising their data. Allows the Education Team to continue focusing on creating new colleague/customer product and tech training programs.
