Dallas, TX; Charolette, NC; Richmond, VA; New York City, NY; New Jersey, Job description: The duties and responsibilities of a MuleSoft System Administrator include: Planning, installing, and maintaining MuleSoft applications and software Administering and supporting MuleSoft integration platforms Monitoring system performance, availability, and security Conducting regular system checks and updates to ensure optimal performance Developing and maintaining system documentation, including procedures for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting Working closely with other IT teams to ensure system integration and compatibility Responding to and resolving system errors and outages Implementing and maintaining security protocols and procedures to protect system data Training users on the proper use of MuleSoft systems and software Keeping up to date with the latest MuleSoft technologies and updates Required Skills: Proven work experience as a MuleSoft System Administrator 3-5 years Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint platform Knowledge of SOA design principles and best practices Experience in managing UNIX/Linux environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks Understanding of network protocols, firewalls, and security configurations Knowledge of system backup and recovery procedures Experience with scripting and automation tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with cloud based infrastructure, and cloud based MuleSoft deployments.
