Proven experience translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams and departments. Expertise in process modeling, root cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making. Experience working with enterprise-level systems and multi-module applications. Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or other requirements management platforms. Experience with statistical tools and data analysis is a plus. CBAP, CSPO, PMP, or other relevant certifications are preferred. Skills: Leadership and mentoring abilities. Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools. Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and automated testing tools Error!
