This onsite role in Atlanta, GA, offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-driven projects while collaborating with a dynamic and forward-thinking team. Develop, implement, and maintain conversational AI applications using Google Dialogflow (CX and ES). Build and optimize server-side logic and APIs using Node.js for seamless system performance. Integrate Dialogflow solutions with UJET Contact Center platforms to create cohesive user experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions. Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure stability and performance. Document workflows, technical specifications, and system updates. Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in conversational AI and propose innovative solutions. Required Skills And Qualifications Proven experience developing applications using Google Dialogflow (CX and ES). Strong proficiency in Node.js for backend development. Hands-on experience with UJET Contact Center integration and APIs. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and cloud-based platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS). Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and related frameworks. Understanding of conversational AI design principles and NLP concepts. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Preferred Skills Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. Experience in machine learning and AI model integration. Prior experience in Agile or Scrum team environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
