They are currently transitioning and closing their distribution center in Connecticut and are in the middle of transitioning their inventory to Texas. They are truly in the beginning stages of being able to get their product out the door, which means that there is a strong need for racking and creating automation. Last April, they began implementing D365 F&O with their implementation partner. Currently, they have a resource that is being provided by their implementation partner but only on a part-time (20hr) basis. Now that they have moved into the next phases of their implementation, they need this resource to be available fulltime. Unfortunately, their current part-time resource is engaged in another project and cannot take on the additional workload. This person will join their current part-time resource, knowledge transfer, and then take over the project and run it moving forward.
