Significant coding experience with object-oriented PHP and any modern PHP framework is highly preferred. Otherwise, candidates must possess a demonstrated ability to onboard onto new languages rapidly. Provable proficiency in Go programming Building optimized, scalable, and efficient applications using Go Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance Developing and coding back-end components and connecting applications to other web services Exploring new technology solutions to enhance functionality continually Strong backend experience is critical to this role and security expertise is a plus. Comfortable working with and improving upon legacy systems and code as you are building new features and applications. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with databases directly, particularly MySQL and PostgreSQL, and how they are addressed by the application. Experience with injection frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot is a must. Must have solid experience with Java stack and build tools like GIT, tools for code quality and coverage. Should have experience working on AWS cloud environments. Experience developing new and enhancing existing features as well as investigating and resolving defects. Experience in Designing and developing web-based applications and backend services. Adhere to internal coding standards, development processes, and design best practices. Ensure quality by performing thorough testing and leveraging peer reviews for your work and the work of others. Experience with unit testing & Test-Driven Development (TDD). Experience with Agile development process and Scrum methodologies using JIRA.
