Job Title: WMS Technical Lead Location: Seattle, WA (Work from Office) Duration: Long Term Contract Responsibilities: 1 Technical Support: In-depth knowledge and hand-on experience with Manhattan WMOS. 2 Trouble Shooting: Investigate and analyse complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner. 3 Communication: Collaborate with Level 1 support, Level 3 development teams and other stakeholders to ensure clear and concise communication regarding issue resolution and system enhancements 4 Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation related to support processes, issue resolutions, and system configurations. 5 Training: Provide training and guidance to Level 1 support and end-users to enhance their understanding of the systems and promote self-service issue resolution. 6 Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, system optimization, and user experience enhancements.
