Job Title: Project Manager with ATM Processing Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Experience: 12+ Years Job Summary: We seek an experienced Project Manager with expertise in ATM Processing to oversee and manage the execution of projects related to ATM operations and processing systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale ATM infrastructure projects, enhancing ATM services, and leading cross-functional teams. The Project Manager will plan, coordinate, and deliver ATM-related projects efficiently and on schedule. Required Qualifications: 12+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in ATM processing, operations, or related areas. Proven experience managing large-scale ATM projects, including installations, software upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements. Strong knowledge of ATM hardware, software systems, transaction processing, and security requirements. Solid understanding of industry standards, such as EMV, PCI-DSS, and ISO 20022, and their application to ATM processing. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with an aptitude for identifying and mitigating project risks. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, global team environment. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent preferred. Strong analytical skills and experience with project reporting and budget management. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ATM vendor management and third-party service providers. Familiarity with the latest trends in ATM technologies and advancements in digital banking. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
