[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello, Role:Product Manager San Jose, CA Job Description: Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, CX, Security and Trust, and IT to oversee the product offerings across portfolios, align with business objectives and desired outcomes Own and manage Cisco IT Agile Processes & Updates Outcome Mapping, creation of Idea, Epic, and Features. Create and manage product and initiative roadmap with input from stakeholders, LIO Engineering, and IT Manages stakeholder relations, communication, and governance across overall product or initiative Lead business discussions with stakeholders across Cisco to document/gather requirements and define outcomes and metrics needed to determine success Review requirements/use cases with LIO Eng/IT to ensure understanding, obtain sizing/estimates, sequencing, risks, and dependencies Facilitate planning ceremonies, manage tradeoff conversations, host design/solution reviews as needed Prioritizes LIO Engineering/IT backlog across products/initiatives/stakeholders to ensure teams are working on correct items UAT/BAT Coordination, Formal Go/No Go Sign off post testing and prior to going into production Creates and executes Communication and Change Management Plans.
