Expertise should include experience in BUILD, Configuration Changes, Testing, Implementation and Post Implementation Support and Maintenance strong working knowledge of EHR and EMR regulatory guideline/expectations. Having good understating on - Physician Track BUILD Tools, Power Chart, and Clinical Solutions. Good to have skill and knowledge of Third-Party Interfaces Responsibilities The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification. Strong knowledge of Cerner - Physician Track Solutions including experience on BUILD, Configuration changes, internal and third-party interface. Experience working on Data Collection, Design, Build, Test, Implementation and Post Implementation Service Support Experience with full implementation in large Multi Facility clients OR experience with full implementation in Single-Facility client Experience with the following workflows: - Physician Track, DCP Tools, Bedrock, Dynamic Documentation, Device Integration, PowerChart, PowerOrders, PowerForms, PowerPlans, Clinical Documentation, Health Information Management, good to have knowledge and experience of Ambulatory, Inpatient, if applicable per project Good to have Experience working on Revenue Cycle Management related applications, clinical and ancillary applications. Good to have knowledge / work experience on HL7, FHIR and device integration with Cerner applications. Associate will be responsible for the oversight of the Electronic Health Record (EHR). In collaboration with other departmental roles and agency programs, this role will be primarily responsible for the technical oversight and support of the EHR, including the administration, configuration, maintenance, optimization, and end user support of the EHR. Working in collaboration with the Information System Learning Specialist, the Cerner - Physician Track Analyst will assist and support end user training concerning the EHR. In addition to supporting the EHR, the Electronic Health Record System Analyst will be provided administrative support for related solutions of, Cerner. In conjunction with the EHR Core Team, oversight of the Electronic Health Record related processes, including system upgrades, user access, optimization, and data extraction. Provide support during EHR/EMR downtimes, software/systems updates and interfaces. Lead / Participate the coordination of upgrades, testing, and efficient workflows within the EHR. Oversight of all configurations of the - Physician Track solution including form development, decision support, in system reporting and other configuration needs. Technical Skills Mature understanding of clinical operations and clinical application support processes and workflow. Understands pertinent accreditation guidelines, such as HIPAA, and ACR. Having knowledge on EHR systems such as Cerner EPIC, Cerner, Allscripts, Next Gen, etc. Understanding of reporting tools functionality and capabilities. Experience in Healthcare domain. Knowledge on (ICD) International Classification of Diseases MS OFFICE (Including MS Project and Visio). Understanding of data management and analytics. Knowledge / Experience on database tools and applications. Such as Oracle/SQL. Experience Expert user with one or more Cerner EHR Solutions (i.e., - Physician Track, PowerChart, Ambulatory etc.). Exposure to EHR systems application maintenance/support. Exposure to Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Healthcare IT or related field Minimum of 4 years of experience with new implementations, and/or optimization or redesign of EHR systems.
