The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) modules and integration skills to work with cloud-based applications. You will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing HCM solutions, along with designing, developing, and managing integrations between various systems using Oracle Integration Cloud. Key Responsibilities: Oracle HCM Implementation & Support: Collaborate with functional consultants to deliver end-to-end Oracle HCM solutions, including modules like Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service, Benefits, Recruiting, and Talent Management. Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud applications as per client requirements. Assist in system migrations and upgrades for HCM Cloud applications. Troubleshoot, resolve, and provide ongoing support for Oracle HCM modules. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Development: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other third-party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, Payroll, and external vendors). Use OIC to build, test, and deploy integrations using pre-built adapters, REST APIs, SOAP, and other integration technologies. Develop custom integrations and APIs to meet specific client needs, ensuring data consistency and workflow automation. Monitor and optimize integrations for performance, reliability, and scalability. Data Migration: Assist in the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data for HCM implementations. Leverage Oracle HCM data migration tools and OIC for data mapping and migration. Conduct data validation, cleansing, and ensure seamless data flow between systems. Customization & Configuration: Customize Oracle HCM Cloud applications using Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), Java, and other technologies. Develop custom reports and dashboards based on business requirements. Implement HCM Cloud security roles and data access policies as needed. Work closely with clients to gather requirements, assess business processes, and provide solutions tailored to their needs. Provide training and support to end-users on HCM functionalities and integrations. Communicate effectively with project managers, functional consultants, and clients to ensure project timelines and objectives are met. Best Practices & Documentation: Follow industry best practices for Oracle HCM and Oracle Integration Cloud implementations. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, integration mappings, and code reviews. Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Integration Cloud features and updates. Identify areas for system optimization and suggest enhancements to improve system efficiency and performance. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in technical consulting roles. Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and integration technologies (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, HCM Extracts). Knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Talent Management. Experience with Oracle Cloud Security and Role-based Access Control (RBAC). Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and customization. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and its various adapters (e.g., ERP Cloud, PeopleSoft, Workday, etc.). Familiarity with integration design patterns, error handling, and debugging in OIC. Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for data manipulation and reporting. Experience with Oracle Cloud tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts. Proficiency in development languages such as Java, Groovy, and scripting within OIC. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred Skills: Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle Integration Cloud is a plus. Familiarity with Agile project methodologies. Experience with Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), or other integration tools.
