Responsibilities: Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, transform, and load data from diverse sources. Build and optimize data pipelines using tools such as Apache Spark, Airflow, Kafka, or cloud-based data services (AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Google Cloud Dataflow). Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Data Warehousing and Data Lakes: Design and implement data warehouse and data lake solutions to support analytical and reporting needs. Develop and maintain data models and schemas. Utilize cloud-based data warehousing and data lake services (Amazon Redshift, Azure Synapse Analytics, Google BigQuery, Snowflake). Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and cloud storage. Develop and maintain data integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow. Work with data governance and data lineage tools. Automation and Infrastructure: Automate data pipeline deployments and monitoring.
