Currently, they have budget approval and are mobilizing to bring in 10-12 of the 85. They need a BA with strong data experience who can help build a scalable solution enterprise wide, so they quickly expand enterprise wide. This person should be able to understand how different business lines to build the data into the platform. They are addressing Data Sprawl and have only addressed about 10% of the overall work. Candidate should be able to gather requirements from the business - Asking the stakeholders intuitive questions, digging in and helping the business users understand the data, translate the requirements from high level vision from the business into technical terms that fit it in to the data model. 20 % - Understanding how the systems have been implemented, what are the data elements and what elements make sense to bring in to the C360 platform 80% - data profiling looking up data and gathering intelligence to draw conclusions and sharing with the team Top Skills Details 1) Sharepoint - confluence experience to create product/team/pages/understand OKRs and can help in Marketing strategies for the data product is most important 2) Creating surveys, customer interviews for Data product 3) Hands on with Data SQL: 2-3 years of experience data mapping/data profiling and reverse engineering of data driven projects Power Bi - build out dashboards for leadership, this resource will be digging in into the data, asking the stakeholders questions, and helping the business users understand the data via Power BI + Data Science exposure EVP Employee Value Prop Flexibility on work timing.
