[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Job Title:Delivery Lead Active Directory & Cloud Infrastructure Support Location:Chicago, IL (Hybrid, 2 days onsite) Duration:11 Months Linkedin must Overview: We are looking for a Delivery Lead to join our Information Technology Operations team and support the our Client's Cloud & Infrastructure project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management, configuration, and security of Active Directory (AD) environments, Azure AD integration, identity protection, and incident management for our Client's enterprise IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Active Directory & Azure AD Management: Oversee the management of four AD forests, nine child domains, and domain controllers (DCs) across JLL data centers and cloud environments. Administer Azure AD Connect to synchronize selected data between on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD. Configure and maintain AD forests, domains, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Fine-Grained Password Policies (FGPP), certificates, and allied services. Support app integration, user/group management, and identity protection through Conditional Access (CA) policies. Security, Compliance & Audit Support: Perform regular audits and review baseline configurations across all environments. Identify and remove unused, shadow, or dormant configuration items to ensure an optimized and up-to-date infrastructure. Ensure compliance with security best practices, policies, and regulatory requirements. Incident Management & Problem Resolution: Investigate Active Directory-related incidents by gathering logs, reports, and conducting root cause analysis. Work proactively to identify recurring issues and implement solutions to enhance system stability and security. Manage and document changes, configurations, and incident resolutions to maintain an accurate system record. Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, focusing on Active Directory, Azure AD, and Identity & Access Management (IAM). Expertise in AD domain controller management, GPOs, Azure AD Connect, and Conditional Access policies. Strong understanding of security best practices, compliance frameworks, and certificate management. Experience in troubleshooting AD environments, analyzing logs, and performing root cause analysis. Familiarity with cloud-based identity solutions and hybrid AD environments. Excellent documentation skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
