Processing description: http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=2223923&uid= Program Manager Location: Midtown, NY - 3 days/week Duration: 6+ Months MOI: Skype Requirement Job Description: Full accountability of delivery of a portfolio of complex projects supporting a 5 year Market Data Strategy, leveraging experience and subject matter expertise across products, services, technology types and delivery methods Manage relationships with internal / external stakeholders providing best in-class service Key Responsibilities Responsible for the end-to-end project lifecycle, managing appropriate change framework Drive results and ensure delivery of projects within budget and expected quality; ensure output conforms to standards and satisfies objectives and stakeholder requirements Manage Program Governance across Market Data portfolio of works including RAID logs, Navigator maintenance, project artefacts and other required materials Coordinate meetings, track and update agendas and minutes, ensure completion of milestones and tasks. Maintain accurate status information and provide timely updates as required Ensure activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements Stakeholder Management Engage stakeholders including leaders across Market Data, the wider Procurement, Technology and Front Office businesses as well as external vendors Adapt any information being presented to match the management level, i.e. provide executive summaries and also be able to understand and articulate the full detail Obtain formal sign-off on business requirements from all key project stakeholders, ensuring traceability throughout the development cycle as requirements evolve. Experience managing a wide range of stakeholders with competing priorities and comfortable having difficult conversations Ensure project status is regularly communicated, project documentation is updated in a timely basis, and ensure projects/tasks are prioritized. Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain lasting positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders Decision-making and Problem Solving Break problems down into manageable elements with the objective of identifying and resolving bottlenecks Review complex data sets and summarize the information to the extent that the materiality is known and enables the relevant stakeholder(s) to make a decision Other Skills Superb written and verbal communication skills are a critical requirement of the position. Candidate must feel comfortable to speak over the phone and present in meetings; deliverables should be ready for presentation to the highest levels of senior management. Ability to work independently with limited day to day oversight and self-starting to enable delivery of the objectives set and discussed at the onset Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications: Experience in the Financial Services industry Knowledge of project management and governance methodologies, experience managing complex projects as well as leading and managing project teams Ability to communicate with clarity and purpose both in written and verbal formats.
