Location NYC NY Need Local Visa USC/GC/H4EAD/ OPT Interview Video (as per client need possible onsite) Overview: Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of Oracle-based technical solutions. This role involves collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into effective and efficient Oracle solutions. Additionally, the Oracle Technical Lead will troubleshoot and resolve complex Oracle issues, provide technical guidance to the team, and ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Oracle technical team to ensure project deliverables are met. Design, develop, and implement Oracle solutions based on business requirements. Provide technical guidance and support to the team in Oracle technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Oracle-related issues. Ensure best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines are followed. Optimize performance and scalability of Oracle applications. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree or Oracle certifications preferred). Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL. Strong understanding of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Middleware. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a technical team. Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level Oracle solutions. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports. Knowledge of Oracle Application Framework (OAF). Familiarity with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE). Experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX). Knowledge of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle SOA Suite. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Understanding of Java and related technologies.
