Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Four (4) years of experience can be substituted for a Bachelors Degree. The substituted experience must be in addition to the required years of experience for each of the remaining MSQs. Example: If the Experience requirement is five (5) years, and the individual is substituting four (4) years of experience in lieu of a Bachelors Degree, a total of nine (9) years of experience is required. Minimum of four (4) years of technical lead experience in the complete software development process using Agile Methodology. Minimum of five (5) years of experience working on a large-scale enterprise public-facing IT application to identify business needs and requirements, design, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation, and support of new or existing applications software on Salesforce platform. Minimum of five (5) years of combined experience in front-end technologies (JavaScript, CSS3, HTML5, third-party libraries such as React Js, Angular, and jQuery), application technologies (object-oriented programming), back-end technologies (SQL, Stored Procedures, Relational Database). Minimum of five (5) years of experience designing and integrating APIs. Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Apex, Omni scripts, and Lightning web components (LWC) for creating dynamic forms.
