Job Description - Title: PowerBuilder Developer Location: Lansing, MI onsite 2 days a week Duration: 6+ months MOI: F2F Required Skills Research and modify PowerBuilder source code to document the steps the application uses with data (PowerBuilder Development (version 7 or higher)) - 5+ years of experience Resource must have a high level of SQL query writing skills to write complex queries to pull data from a Sybase and MS SQL Server database - 10+ years of experience Must have experience developing processes to extract and manipulate data to support data migration and data cleansing of application data - 10+ years of experience Must have experience in performing data profiling, data mapping, data manipulation, validation, and analysis - 10+ years of experience Must have experience working with source control technologies such as TFS/Azure DevOps, or GIT - 5+ years of experience Must have experience documenting and performing unit testing to support program changes - 10+ years of experience Must have experience creating, updating, and maintaining documentation for programs, system specs, and flow diagrams - 10+ years of experience Must be able to work with the client and/or Business Analyst to support test scenarios - 5+ years of experience Analyze and document identified problems to determine root cause and provide root cause analysis - 5+ years of experience Follow change management procedures and provide input to execute changes - 5+ years of experience Minimum Qualifications: Some college preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline PowerBuilder Development (version 7 or higher) Work in a hybrid office Willingness to learn Required Skills | Job Function | Description | Years of Experience | PowerBuilder Developer | Research and modify PowerBuilder source code to document the steps the application uses with data. | Current experience 5 | T-SQL Query Writing | Resource must have a high level of SQL query writing skills to write complex queries to pull data from a Sybase and MS SQL Server database.
