Any med device industries Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PP QM Consultant with experience in SAP S/4HANA and expertise in the Medical Device industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing functional and technical expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, ensuring smooth system configuration and integration. Key Responsibilities:- Lead and support SAP PP QM module implementation, configuration, and integration for end-to-end production planning and quality management processes within the medical device industry. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements, create functional specifications, and translate business needs into SAP solutions. - Configure SAP PP and QM modules in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, 21 CFR Part 820). - Provide expert-level guidance and troubleshooting during system implementations and upgrades, ensuring optimal use of SAP S/4HANA capabilities. - Integrate SAP PP and QM with other modules like MM, SD, and PM to streamline business processes and data flow. - Integrate SAP PP with SAP Manufacturing Execution. - Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and assist in training users on the PP QM functionality. - Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, such as documentation control, product lifecycle management, and traceability within the SAP system. Key Requirements:- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and SAP QM modules, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA. - Minimum 3+ years of experience working in the medical device industry, with a strong understanding of FDA and ISO 13485 compliance, validation processes, and traceability requirements. - Expertise in end-to-end production planning processes (planning, scheduling, materials management, etc.) and quality management processes (inspection, testing, audits, etc.) within SAP. - Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects, including knowledge of the differences between SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA - SAP PP/QM certification is an added value- Experience with SAP Fiori or SAP S/4HANA Cloud is required.
