They should be able to approach problems from various angles, bring together diverse teams to achieve common goals, and find innovative solutions for better outcomes. Strong analytical, storytelling, and reporting skills: They should showcase the value delivered by the team in a way that resonates with the strategic objectives of the organization. They should excel in executive-level reporting for highlights and team wins. They should be able to effectively convey the success stories of the team in a compelling and engaging manner.
