Title: AI/ML Engineer with Performance Engineering background Job Type - Contract Location: Nashville, (Onsite) Rate: $60/hr - $63/hr max JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities: Generative AI Model Development: 1. Design and implement advanced generative AI models using deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers. 2. Train and fine-tune models on large datasets to achieve optimal performance on specific tasks like text generation, image creation, or audio synthesis. 3. Evaluate model performance using relevant metrics and identify areas for improvement.Performance Optimization: 1. Analyze model performance bottlenecks and identify areas for optimization. 2. Implement techniques like model quantization, tensorRT, and efficient data loading to improve model inference speed. 3. Design and optimize serving infrastructure for high-throughput, low-latency model deployment. 4. Good to have Loadrunner experience 5. Good to have experience in monitoring tools like DynatraceScalability and Deployment: 1. Develop scalable architectures to handle large volumes of data and requests. 2. Deploy models to production environments utilizing cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or P. 3. Monitor model performance in real-time and implement necessary adjustments to maintain optimal performance. Required Skills and Experience: Technical Skills: 1. Strong proficiency in Python programming language and deep learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch 2. Experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks (GANs) 3. Knowledge of performance profiling tools and techniques for identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks 4. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)Performance Engineering Skills: 1. Understanding of performance metrics like latency, throughput, and resource utilization 2. Experience with load testing tools to assess system performance under stress conditions 3. Ability to optimize code for efficiency and scalabilityOther Skills: 1. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 2.
