Job Title: Project Manager - Care Case Management Location: Remote with State Client Only Description: Requires an experienced Project Manager to lead their Care Case Management workstream of application and data migration projects. Candidates must have a technical project management background working specifically in a Care Case Management environment (social work environment, patient care/case management environment, health & human services environment, hospital environment, etc.) that includes experience working with HIPAA-constrained data elements and includes experience with electronic health records (EHR), electronic medical records (EMR), patient case management, and claims processing. IMPORTANT: Candidates MUST have a technical project management background, managing application and data migration projects specifically in a Care Case Management environment (for example: patient care/case management, health & human services environment, hospital environment, etc.) that includes experience working with HIPAA constrained data elements, and experience with electronic health records (EHR), electronic medical records (EMR), patient case management, and claims processing. Requirements: Candidates must have experience managing application and data migration projects, specifically with experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, end-user communication, subject matter expert interaction, management, running meetings, testing and test preparation.
