Job Title: Cisco Webex Contact Center Engineer Location: Culver City, CA Duration: Long Term Job Description Proven experience (5+ years) working with Cisco Webex Contact Center solutions or Cisco Unified Communications products. Strong knowledge of Cisco Webex Contact Center architecture, components, and capabilities, including agent and supervisor desktops, call routing, IVR systems, and reporting. Experience with Cisco UCCE (Unified Contact Center Enterprise), Cisco UCM (Unified Communications Manager), and other Cisco collaboration technologies. In-depth understanding of contact center operations, including call routing, skills-based routing, interactive voice response (IVR), and workforce management. Familiarity with Webex Collaboration tools and integration with contact center environments. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting Webex Contact Center solutions, including call flow, agent setup, and reporting issues. Solid understanding of networking, telephony protocols (SIP, H.323), and voice technologies. Experience with reporting and analytics tools to evaluate and improve contact center performance. Knowledge of security best practices for voice and data communications in a contact center environment. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Best Regards!
