Assist in automation of daily routine task. Provide creation, maintenance and deletion of user accounts, groups, and rights within Microsoft Active Directory and M365 environments. Schedules and perform software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages. Maintain them in accordance with established IT policies and procedures. Manage Microsoft Group Policy within a Microsoft Active Directory environment. Manage DNS, DHCP, WINS, and IIS services within a Microsoft Active Directory environment. Provide Configuration and troubleshooting of Windows print servers and queues. Provide performance level optimization recommendations. Responsible for leading small to mid-size projects to completion and with user satisfaction. Perform backup and restoration services for servers. Develop and promote standard operating procedures. Conduct routine hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with established standards, policies and configuration guidelines. Develop and maintain system run books for all responsible systems. Provide escalation support for Tier-2/3 Help Desk Analysts. Actively participate in problem resolution Ability to stay current with industry standards and best practices as it relates to system administration.
