Candidates MUST have flawless communication skills and experience putting together training documents and leading folks of all different skill levels as the MDM team and business stakeholders are people that do not have a ton of specific SAP experience. Top 3 Responsibilities: Must hit the ground running Clean up and build materials in SAP then do the same for vendors Must have experience working with a smaller company that doesn't have a defined MDM Process Strong SAP best practices for creating materials, managing their lifecycle, obsoleting materials, and implementing governance changes in these processes Create a plan of attack for SAP Data and Non SAP Data. S/4 On premise hosted in Private cloud Must-Haves: Minimum 5 years of Master Data Management experience with SAP S/4HANA. Must have data clean up experience and have created materials and vendors in SAP. Understand SAP Master Data Best practices Experience SAP master data objects, including material masters, recipes, routings, BOMs, PM/equipment, and raw materials. Experience in FDA-regulated industries, Pharma or Life Sciences Ability to be hands on and enforce MDM strategies while mentoring a team.
