The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing intuitive user experiences for web and mobile platforms while integrating insights gained from user research. You will be involved in every step of the design process, from initial concept through to final implementation. The role also requires a strong ability to create micro-interactions and collaborate closely with other team members to ensure a seamless, user-friendly product experience. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver high-quality UX/UI for both web and mobile platforms. Create micro-interactions and motion designs to enhance user engagement. Develop both low and high-fidelity prototypes for testing and validation. Conduct UX research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Analyze research data to refine and improve designs, ensuring they meet user needs. Implement accessibility and inclusivity best practices to ensure product usability for all users. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are aligned with business goals and technical feasibility. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems.
