The ideal candidate will guide team members, troubleshoot complex issues, and automate redundant tasks to improve efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Handle L3/L4 support tickets related to Microsoft 365 (M365) services. Plan, design, and implement changes to enhance M365 performance and security. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune issues. Guide and mentor team members on project activities and technical challenges. Identify and automate repetitive tasks using Power, Power Automate, or other automation tools. Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to improve M365 adoption and best practices. Ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards for M365 services. Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 (M365) environments. Expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and Intune. Strong skills in Power scripting for automation and administration. Experience with Azure AD, Conditional Access, and M365 security configurations. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex M365 issues independently.
