Role: SAP BASIS Consultant Location: San Jose, CA(Onsite) - Only local to CA Candidates Visa: Only H1B with PPnum Mandatory Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: Total IT Experience required 11 Years Hands-on experience with SAP NetWeaver, SAP S/4HANA, and other SAP environments. Familiarity with SAP Hana Database and other databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2). Strong knowledge of SAP system installation, upgrades, and performance tuning. Basis activities (Transports Management, maintaining profile parameter, Certification installation, activating UI services, BGRFC creation, ICM traces) Experience with SAP transport management, user management, and security administration. Proficiency in working with SAP tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, SAP GUI, STMS, and DBACOCKPIT). Solid understanding of database concepts, system architecture, and integration methods. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and documentation skills. Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
