Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and an additional programming language (Java preferred). Experience with front-end frameworks (React or Vue) and back-end frameworks (Node.js, Spring Boot, Flask, etc.). Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD tools, and containerization using Kubernetes. Expertise in modern software architectures (e.g., microservices) and database frameworks (e.g., SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL). Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate across teams. Ability to synthesize requirements, recommend solutions, and meet aggressive timelines. DoDD 8140 IAT Level III certification preferred. Desired Skills Experience in DevSecOps practices and tooling. Knowledge of optimizing software for performance and scalability. Proficiency in designing AI solutions with cross-disciplinary teams.
