The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in UKG APIs, middleware platforms like Dell Boomi, and integration best practices to ensure scalability, security, and performance.Key Responsibilities: Design and implement integration strategies for UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions with third-party systems. Utilize UKG Pro APIs, UKG Pro Web Services, and file-based data exchanges to facilitate data flow. Work with SBUX Architects, vendors, and stakeholders to align integration architecture with business objectives. Ensure scalability, performance, and security best practices for all integrations. Configure and optimize middleware platforms like Dell Boomi for efficient data exchange. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain seamless system performance. Provide technical guidance and ensure best practices in workforce management system integrations.Required Skills: 10+ years of experience in integration architecture and workforce management systems. Expertise in UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions integrations using APIs, Web Services, and middleware. Strong experience with Dell Boomi and UKGs Integration Hub. Hands-on experience in scalable, high-performance integration design. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
