The ideal candidate should have strong SQL skills, proficiency in SAP Business Objects, Tableau, and hands-on experience with ETL concepts and Business Objects Data Services. Prior experience in the Mortgage or GSE industry is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Develop, design, and maintain Workday reports using Workday Report Writer and Prism Analytics. Create and optimize Derived Data Sets (DDS) in Workday. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Work with SQL databases, SAP Business Objects, and Tableau to integrate and visualize data effectively. Ensure data accuracy and integrity while designing reports and dashboards. Implement ETL processes and work with Business Objects Data Services (BODS) for data extraction, transformation, and loading. Provide guidance on Workday reporting best practices and ensure adherence to industry standards. Support multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing business needs. Work through the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Workday Reporting and Analytics. Expertise in Workday Report Writer, Workday Prism Analytics, and Derived Data Sets (DDS). Strong proficiency in SQL, SAP Business Objects, and Tableau. Solid understanding of ETL concepts and hands-on experience with Business Objects Data Services (BODS). Prior experience in Mortgage / Government-Sponsored Enterprise (GSE) is a plus. Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and listening). Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work, and adapt to shifting business requirements. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
