The ideal candidate should have experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), preferably Manhattan Active WMS, and strong analytical skills to provide meaningful insights for senior leadership.Key Responsibilities: BI Solution Development: Design and develop complex reports, dashboards, visualizations, cubes, and metadata models using IBM Cognos Analytics and Power BI. Warehouse Management Reporting: Develop business reports for warehouse management systems (WMS), preferably Manhattan Active WMS. SQL Development: Write advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance-tuning techniques for optimized report generation. SCI Package Troubleshooting: Work with SCI (Manhattan Active WMS) packages, resolving connectivity challenges. Performance Optimization: Identify and optimize reporting performance issues using Power BI & IBM Cognos. Ad-hoc Reporting: Support on-demand reporting and analytics requests for business stakeholders. Data-Driven Decision Making: Present complex data analysis in a concise, impactful way to influence senior leadership.Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in BI development and data analytics. Expertise in IBM Cognos Analytics & Power BI. Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills, including stored procedures and query optimization. Experience in Manhattan Active WMS (or Manhattan Associates Scale WMS). Strong knowledge of SCI (Supply Chain Intelligence) packages for WMS reporting. Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data effectively to business teams.Preferred Skills: Experience in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain - Warehouse Management. Prior experience with retail business operations and analytics. Strong planning, prioritization, and stakeholder communication skills.
