Location : Hybrid in Center City Philadelphia. Must Haves: Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Trending, BIRT) and multiple integration experience. The Workday Technical Analyst will assist with the development of a robust Human Capital Analytics solution. The position will utilize Workday technical skills to enhance and streamline reporting capabilities and implement and deliver standardized reporting and dashboard metrics for the HR organization and Firm Leadership. Experience: Must have experience work the Workday Reporting Module and have performed multiple integrations. Minimum 3 years of directly related HRIS and Workday experience in a professional services industry. Experience synthesizing large amounts of data as well as identifying trends. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills (including grammar and punctuation), as well as strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The successful candidate will possess effective problem solving and time management skills, ability to multitask, independent decision-making, discretion, and judgment.
