Role: Lead Systems Engineer 5-8 years of IT experience with a strong understanding of distributed environments, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux/Unix, VMware, and database architectures. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in installing, managing, and maintaining monitoring tools like DataDog. Experience with log management using ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana). Proficiency in scripting, Python, Selenium, and VuGen. Experience with SSL certificates and encryption on Linux platforms. Strong experience in systems monitoring, alerting strategies, and troubleshooting Java applications. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies. Experience in IT service management (ITSM) and service-level agreements (SLAs). Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
