We are starting the engagement with needing resources skilled in the follow modules/platforms. CMDB/Discovery Ldap/Access Setups/AD etc Demand/Agile Service Catalog / Portal Event Management ITSM Requirement: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow implementations. Identify, document, and track defects and issues using appropriate tools. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Participate in requirement reviews, design reviews, and other quality assurance activities. Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in QA processes.
