developer / lead cum DBA for this role, not an operational one.  So, the key is having someone who knows why we do things instead of executing something given to them.

Primary Skills:

SQL development,

DBA SQL Server, Transactional replication, Always ON and experience with 30+ TB OLTp database

Secondary Skills:

Windows, AWS value added

Experience required:

10 -15 years
