The ideal candidate will have expertise in software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies and the ability to develop core, COTS (custom off-the-shelf), and niche technology solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Candidate Needs to Have: 6+ years of experience in software development with hands-on experience in design, development, and implementation. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Experience with system integrations, application development, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in programming languages relevant to the role (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, etc.). Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, P). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical challenges. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and interact with business users. Experience in leading technical projects and defining solution architectures is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with COTS systems, ecommerce platforms, mobility solutions, or TPF development. Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks. Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and technology trends. Job Responsibility: Design, develop, test, and implement business and technical IT solutions in line with SDLC best practices. Participate in implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and system conversions. Analyze and resolve business and technical issues using appropriate tools and methodologies. Apply specialized expertise in areas such as system integration, knowledge engineering, legacy evolution, and industry-specific technologies. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Lead the design, development, implementation, and support of IT solutions across multiple platforms and technologies. Define project scope, plans, deliverables, and implementation timelines. Research and recommend new technologies, best practices, and process improvements. Assist in evaluating and proposing alternate solutions for business challenges.
