Expertise in IT infrastructure monitoring, event management, and automation, leveraging tools such as Zabbix, OTRS/Zuny, Linux, KVM, LXC, Kubernetes, and Proxmox. Proficient in ITSM frameworks (ITIL, Incident & Event Management). MUST have hands-on experience with following tools: Zabbix (for monitoring, alerting, and automation). OTRS/Zuny (for ticketing, ITSM workflows). Linux (for server administration, automation). KVM & LXC (for virtualization and container management). Kubernetes (for orchestration, service discovery, self-healing). Proxmox (for VM/container lifecycle management). Strong programming skills in Python, Go, JavaScript for API development. Experience integrating with ServiceNow APIs (REST, SOAP, Webhooks). Experience with Ansible/Terraform for infrastructure automation. Experience with source code obfation techniques, including: JavaScript minification and obfation (e.g., UglifyJS, Obfator.io) Python code obfation (e.g., PyArmor, Nuitka, Cython) Binary obfation for compiled code (e.g., LLVM obfation, ProGuard, Obfator-LLVM) Reverse engineering prevention techniques (anti-debugging, anti-tampering, code watermarking) Problem-solving mindset with a focus on automation and security. Ability to work in cross-functional teams (IT, DevOps, Security). Strong documentation and communication skills. Certifications in ITIL, ServiceNow, or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD). Experience with ServiceNow Event Management and IT Operations Management (ITOM). Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ). Experience with binary protection tools and secure software distribution methods.
