Workday Extend Consultant Remote Visa: No H1B, EAD, OPT/CPT Note: 10+ years with minimum of three years of experience in Workday Extend development. Workday Extend is a very specific skillset, candidates without the proper experience in Workday Extend in HR implementations wont be considered. Certification: Workday certification in Extend or other relevant areas required. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement custom applications and extensions using Workday Extend. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Work closely with Workday functional teams to ensure seamless integration of custom solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides. Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of custom solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to custom applications and extensions. Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and new features to continuously improve and optimize custom solutions. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed applications and extensions. Qualifications: Minimum of three years of experience in Workday Extend development. Strong understanding of Workday architecture and integration capabilities. Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, XML, and XSLT. Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Workday certification in Extend or other relevant areas. Experience with Workday Studio Knowledge of HR processes and systems. Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs. What are must-have skills and years of experience: 1. Workday Integrations (2-3 years) 2.
