Ability to establish key processes and norms that are necessary to monitor and control the project in the absence of existing standards and processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills delivers targeted, tailored messages appropriate to the audience using optimum communication channels and is comfortable interacting at all levels of the organization - executive leaders to highly technical resources In-depth problem solving and conflict resolution skills necessary to resolve disagreements between stakeholders and/or team members and quickly identifies issues and risks that can throw the project offtrack Possesses excellent time management skills in order to accomplish all of the administrative tasks necessary for status reporting and to provide executive leadership with comfort and trust that the project is under control Experience and comfortable in developing a project approach that meets the needs of the project stakeholders, while remaining inside project parameters (scope, schedule, budget, etc.) Highly Desired: Previous use of Jira for project tracking and management Previous experience on both custom in-house developed software and COTS/SaaS implementation & maintenance projects.
