Job Title: Data Engineer Location: Seattle, Washington (Onsite, 5 Days a Week) Duration: Long term Experience Required 2 to 5 years Job Description We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer with 2-3 years of experience who has exposure to Data Analytics and a basic understanding of data processing and pipeline development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, and supporting analytical initiatives to drive business insights. This is a fully onsite role in Seattle, WA. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines to collect, clean, and transform data from various sources. Work with structured and unstructured data to ensure high data quality and accessibility. Support data analytics teams by providing well-structured datasets and insights. Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data requirements. Optimize and improve existing data workflows and storage solutions. Ensure data security, governance, and compliance best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in Data Engineering or a related field. Hands-on experience with SQL and databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server. Exposure to Data Analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. Basic knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline development. Experience with Python or Scala for data processing is a plus. Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Big Data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka. Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines for data workflows. Basic knowledge of machine learning or predictive analytics is a plus.
