Gather functional requirements and translate them into system solutions. Provide end-user support, training, and documentation. Perform data migration and system integration tasks. Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues. Required Skills: Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Strong knowledge of CRM modules and business processes.
