Role : Business Analyst (Financial Domain) Location: Mclean VA (Onsite) - Only locals Type : Contract Key Responsibilities: 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services domain. Strong expertise in banking, investment management, capital markets, or risk & compliance. Proficiency in BRD/FRD documentation, process modeling, and requirement gathering. Familiarity with financial regulations (Basel, Dodd-Frank, MiFID, IFRS, etc.). Hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, or other financial analytics tools.
