The role involves managing projects with durations longer than 6 months, 20+ team members, and medium to high risk, ensuring alignment with project management and SUITE methodologies. Duties/Responsibilities: Provide leadership, accountability, and project management for large, complex IT projects. Ensure consistency with SOM project management, investment management, and SUITE methodologies. Perform long-term release planning and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality. Escalate issues and risks to executives as needed. Exercise project quality control to ensure scope expectations are met. Collaborate with Program and Portfolio Managers and adapt to state processes. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of recent Project Management experience in a large, complex, enterprise-governed IT environment. Excellent communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills. Proactive communication and adaptability to state processes. 5+ years of Agile experience highly desired. Soft Skills: Collaborative, open-minded, and willing to work with additional leadership oversight.
