Must have Linkedin Page Required Skills and Experience: Extensive hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS and XM Cloud. Proven expertise in .NET Core, .NET Framework, and C# development. Strong proficiency with front-end frameworks and technologies such as NextJS and GraphQL. Solid experience in headless architecture integration and modern API-based communication. Proficiency in scripting and automation using Power. Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance digital solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Industry certifications in Sitecore or related digital experience platforms. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. Prior experience in a leadership role with proven mentoring and team development skills.
