Job-related Experience Requirements: Customarily has at five or more years of software development experience TIBCO Customarily has at least three or more years of experience in TIBCO development and architecture on Tibco BW x or higher, TIBCO EMS/JMS, creating Queues, Topics, configuring various EMS options (the client is currently operating on TIBCO BusinessWorks versioon 5.15) Experience in TIBCO BW Plugins for REST and JSON, HL7 Experience in developing B2B applications using TIBCO Business Connect Experience on EHR products like Allscripts TouchWorks & Allscripts Experience in XML related technologies including XML, XSD schemas, XSLT, XPATH Experience in XML related technologies including XML, XSD schemas, XSLT, XPATH Experience in different protocols like JMS/REST/SOAP/EDI 835, 837 Experience in designing & developing Java/JEE applications with Spring 0 framework Job-related Skills/Competencies: Concentra Core Competencies of Service Mentality, Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Initiative and Flexibility Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions Outstanding customer service skills as well as the ability to deal with people in a manner which shows tact and professionalism The ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information (including HIPAA and PHI) in accordance with federal and state laws and company policies Requires superior teamwork skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills a must; ability to read, write, and speak in a professional manner.
